This Umgee top has a floral textured fabric and smocked details. It is lined . The detail of the flowers are gorgeous and have some shimmer in the stitching. The smocked bust and cuffs on the sleeve are one of our personal favorites on this top. It has a ruffled neckline and key hole button closure back. This top is true to size.
