Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns on most items if something does not work out the way you had planned.

With this link, you will be able to choose between purchasing a discounted label or using your own label and service of your choice to return the items to us.

Please be sure to include a note with your return that has your order number and name.  

Items must be in original condition and unworn with tags attached (when applicable).

The item must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date to be refunded.

No shipping charges can be refunded.  You are responsible for postage on items that you send back to us.

All sales are final on these items and they are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Jewelry
  
• Slippers
  
• Shoes
• Accessories
  
• Holiday clothing
  
• Holidays accessories and gifts
  
• Items that have any smoke smells, deodorant, make up, or other stains, or perfume smells
• Washed or worn items
• Items missing original packaging and tags

If the return is received after 30 days of the date you received it, we can issue a store credit (up to 60 days).

To exchange, please include a note with your request.

If there is an error, defect, or damage with your order, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If the item is returned to our warehouse instead of to our returns center using the link above, we will credit for the item(s) returned, unless prior arrangements have been made.  The returns process could take 3-5 days longer when they are mailed to this location.

Ineligible items that are returned can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee due to the fees that we are charged.

Please be sure to mail your returns in a bag that conceals them (not a clear bag).

Shipping

Most items ship within 1-3 business days from Muscle Shoals, Alabama. 

We do not ship to freight forwarders, as we cannot verify delivery locations.
