Product Care & Policies

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We share a tracking number as well as a shipping confirmation once your order is on the way. Our packages are shipped by both USPS and UPS.

In case you’re dissatisfied with part of your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date you’ve placed your order. While making a return, please ensure that all items are unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Items bought from our sale category are not eligible for returns.

To extend the life of the garments, we recommend hand-washing your Jodifl clothing with cold water and then line drying.
