Product Care & Policies
Once you place your order, your package will be shipped via UPS and USPS within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation from our team along with a tracking number for your order.
To extend the lifespan of your boutique clothing, we recommend following wash care instructions and storing your clothing correctly. Delicate tops and dresses should be hand-washed in cold water and line-dried in the shade.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed clothing. While requesting a return or an exchange, please ensure that all items are in new condition with original packaging and tags intact.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store where I can shop in person?
Yes we do! Our offline store is called Boutique at Audrey’s, and is located in northern Alabama where our founder, Audrey Herring, opened it in 2005. We would love to meet you in person and help you find stylish boutique clothing for your closet.
