Product Care & Policies

We want to help you maintain your sweater’s quality, which is why we send care instructions with each piece you purchase. For the most part, you’ll want to hand wash these cozy boutique sweaters with care and hang them to dry so that their quality won’t fade.

Our products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from our Alabama store. USPS handles most deliveries, though UPS may be used for larger orders. As for returns, we accept Umgee sweaters and other clothing items as long as they’re in their original condition with tags attached. They must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
