Each of our pieces is hand-measured by our staff to ensure that the sizing is accurate. We want all of our customers to be able to shop our selection of boutique shackets with confidence and joy.

Even the best made plans can go awry sometimes. So we understand that sometimes you will need to make a return, even if it is a shacket with pockets.

We are happy to accept any regularly priced item for return as long as it is returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, and still has the tags attached.

As for shipping, we are able to ship most items within 1-2 days and offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on returns. However, all of our items are priced as fairly as we can manage.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All items are shipped within 1-2 days of ordering, and once the item is shipped we will provide you with a USPS tracking number.
