We ship through USPS for smaller items and use UPS for bigger orders. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. 

Per our return and refund policy, returns are accepted for regularly-priced items within 30 days of the original order date and must be in their original condition.
